Too shy to say hello
My mind says it's high time to say hello, but, frankly, it's not so easy as I thought it would be.
I'm eighteen and English isn't my mother tongue. My holiday started and there was one quite nice and hot (too hot if you'd ask me) day when inside my mind appeared a really crazy idea: 'Hey, Sandra, don't you think it would be great to start running a blog again?'. And here we are. Probably I ought to write these reflections in Polish, but, honestly, who cares? I don't think anyone gives a hang about various mistakes I can make. Furthermore, it's, you know, as though to kill two birds with one stone. Finally I have a place where I can throw out my thoughts about books I read and (I must be lucky, indeed!) train my English skills.
A piece of information:
Actually I read everything. Oh, I'd like to say that. To tell the truth, I used to read everything that had such a big misfortune to find itself in my hands. But times've changed. If I had set up the blog about two years ago, you'd read now about all fantasy books ever published. But I'm not keen on this kind anymore. So currently I prefer detective stories, thrillers, some romances. And set books, of course (I'm funny, am I not? You can laugh now).
Currently my mind is focused on 'Me before you' Jojo Moyes and I'm really curious what this book will turn out to be. You know, it's kind of a phenomenon, isn't it? I don't trust phenomenons.
